Lynx Fleet LLC operates customer-facing services under the Lynx family of brands.
Our websites may provide information about various Lynx products and services and may allow users to contact us, request information, obtain quotes, submit inquiries, schedule services, communicate with customer support, or access other features.

4. Quotes, Estimates, Availability, and Online Information
Information presented through our websites or communications may be informational and may change.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, online prices, estimates, quotes, availability information, schedules, inventory information, or service descriptions are not guaranteed until confirmed by Lynx through the applicable booking, transaction, or written agreement.
Quotes may depend on information you provide and may change if that information is inaccurate, incomplete, or changes before the applicable service or transaction is finalized.
Nothing on our general website constitutes a guarantee that a particular product, vehicle, appointment, service, schedule, price, or other offering will remain available.
5. Separate Product and Service Agreements

Individual Lynx products and services may have their own contracts, policies, disclosures, waivers, payment terms, cancellation policies, eligibility requirements, or other conditions.
For example, a vehicle transaction, transportation service, scheduled service, subscription, educational program, repair service, or other Lynx offering may require a separate agreement.
These Terms do not replace any separate written agreement applicable to a particular transaction.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
Lynx offers an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who choose to receive text messages from us.
By affirmatively opting in to SMS messaging, you agree to receive SMS messages from Lynx Fleet LLC (“Lynx”) at the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries
- Information about requested products or services
- Quotes and requested pricing information
- Scheduling and appointment communications
- Customer support
- Service-related updates
- Other communications consistent with the consent you provided
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Mobile Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS availability may depend on your mobile carrier and service plan. Standard message and data rates imposed by your carrier may apply.
7. Email Communications
If you affirmatively opt in to receive promotional email communications from Lynx, we may send emails consistent with the consent you provide, including news, updates, information, and offers.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages.
Unsubscribing from promotional email does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide a service, administer a transaction, or communicate information you requested.

You should not rely on an automated communication as a substitute for a final written agreement, transaction document, or other confirmation when one is required for a particular Lynx product or service.
Lynx may route a conversation to a human representative when appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, graphics, logos, designs, software, text, and other materials provided through Lynx websites and services are owned by or licensed to Lynx and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Lynx names, logos, product names, service names, slogans, and related branding may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Lynx intellectual property.
